He says the lane way didn't have a gate in April, 2009. But it does now.

Bauman says he adds to rock pile each year. Two loads of rocks added in 2009 in May or June

Bauman says they pile stones in the rock pile Tori's body was found in. He thinks the stones were added in May of 2009.

I believe the Defense is going to try and argue that TLM could still see that silos from the rock pile, and that is because she was at the rock pile murdering Tori, and looking at silos.

Wish we knew what the Crown asked in redirect. Hope he shot down the defence's theory. IMO

Bauman's family didn't use the lane way on April 8th, 2009. Remembers seeing tracks on the lane way in the following days.

Speculation: If it was MTR who had been there PRIOR to April 8th or AFTER April 8th, his Blackberry may have pinged the tower at MT. Forest again.

I'm surprised this property owner didn't notice the smell of decomp at that time.

I hate to say this... but if I were the defence- I don't think I would have questioned either. The way the farmer's testimony is left it makes me wonder if when they added to the rock pile ( dumped ) is it possible that some of the rocks rolled on top of VS ? Is it possible that TLM and MR didn't place all 200 lbs. of rocks on top of her ? How close is the rock pile to where she was found ? JMO

When her body was found a lot later the detective said there was a slight decomp smell so I think he couldnt smell it if it was May 2009 as it was only a month after and it was cold plus she was under the rocks.
