McClintic met Rafferty in 2009. She was buying pizza at New Orleans Pizza. Rafferty saw her walking in, said he saw her and wanted to meet.

He's probably good a picking out girls who are easy to manipulate.

IMO what has been said so far has made MR look like he was hiding a lot about his personal life for what reason who knows. It sounds like he used her completely for what he needed and the comments so far by TLM sound true and if so he seems like he has an abusive personality. JMO as i have been in a relationship like that.

I think he was already going out with another woman at the same time (February to April) and had "a serious relationship" with her too. He was all over the place with women and girls. I'm sure this will come out at trial. JMO

This is obviously an excuse. His mother was/is fine. She was working full time at the time this crime occured. He had to come up with a reason why a man who owned his own contracting business was still living with his mother at 28 years of age. He probably tripped himself up in a couple of lies to TLM and had to lie to get out of them.

I have never heard his mother was sick.... I don't think it was true, I think he used that excuse to give himself a sympethetic air to TLM, that's his modus operendi, he used her any way he could to get drugs. Users will usually use any way to manipulate to get what they need. It's sick but to them it's second nature.
