McClintic said Rafferty came out at Tim Hortons and yelled at her to stay covered. She asked Tori if she wanted to use washroom

Rafferty made phone call - was waiting for someone to come home

Audio is repeatedly cutting out in overflow room. #rafferty

McClintic said #rafferty put the battery back in his cell phone and made a phone call

I think the audio cut outs are because MR may have additional charges or ongoing investigation in more cases. JMO Or to protect identity of the dealer?

They waited outside of the home for the person living there to come home. Rafferty called, briefly put his battery back in his phone.

I believe she was and the audio mysteriously cut out for the reporters in the overflow room who are allowed to tweet.

So we should get more of an explanation over the lunch hour from the reporters who were in the courtroom but not allowed to tweet.

I just can't believe that a child who was being abducted, in a car, by two complete strangers, after being taught about stranger danger in school, would so willingly just keep quiet and co-operate even if being yelled at. Especially when the car was stopped at that Tim Hortons. <modsnip>.

Why did she not realize the danger she was in? Where did she think they were taking her?

Exactly. It's not like he had a gun pointed at TLM's head. She could have screamed for help. She could have done so many things. But she didn't. She CHOSE to play her part.
Same with when she went to the hardware store and bought a hammer.
