I just don't think that's true, I believe MR tried to cover almost every track so I think taking Tori specifically was planned. Maybe he knew that she would be walking alone that day.

How would he have known that?

It seems he tried to be careful at every angle, I just think he knew that TLM could get Tori for whatever reason, not any child would have gone with her, IMO she was targeted

Defence lawyers will frequently advise clients to take notes to minimize facial expressions that can be visible to and interpreted by the jury. IMO, MTR will get a failing grade by rolling eyes, smirking, and mouthing words at the witness.

McClintic asked on may 12th to take a polygraph. She said she would

Results of polygraph are not admissible in court. They are unreliable says judge

McClintic said she was asked to take polygraph on May 12, 2009. Judge Heeney warns jurors that polygraphs not considered reliable

On May 12th, police asked about the video again. McClintic lied again.

McClintic said she didn't tell the truth during polygraph test. Told them "that I didn't know anything"

McClintic Took the test on the 19th of may

McClintic agreed to take polygraph even though she wasn't required to - didn't seek advice of lawyer

McClintic "I did whatever I could to help them

McClintic have consent to police to access cellphone records and gave DNA samples

McClintic was cautioned and kept meeting with police. McClintic says she told police the truth at that point.

ITA Oldsoul ... possibly mutual acquaintance, but i don't think i'm allowed to say here. It was discussed in one of our very early threads as to who would have known that information.
