After Tori was put in the vehicle, McClintic says Rafferty told her she should have chosen a younger person. As they pulled out of the parking lot, Tori rolled off the rear seat. McClintic says Rafferty told her to search Tori's backpack for a cellphone. She did so but didn't find one

As they began driving with Tori in the vehicle, the eight-year-old kept asking where they were going and if she could go home, McClintic testifies. Tori said she wouldn't tell anybody and would tell her mom that she had gone to her cousin's house to play, McClintic tells the court

Crown asks how she seemed in the car. McC replies "how is a little girl supposed to seem in that situation?"

Crown attorney Kevin Gowdey asks how Tori seemed to be feeling. McClintic takes a long pause before saying, "How was a little girl supposed to seem in that situation

The oxies were from her mom, the perks were from BA, friend of MR in Guelph. I guess they needed more drugs cuz they couldn't get more oxies? Just speculating.
