Police found out, through MTO, a car looking like the one in question with the same plate number was driven by a Mike Rafferty.

Before polygraph Darmon looked up plates given for "Mike Reynolds", found #Rafferty's name and address, questioned him.

Darmon went to Rafferty's Woodstock home on May 15th/09. Rafferty answered the door, he invited them in, they conducted an interview
