Smyth drove to the top on the incline. Lane way eventually turns. Smyth saw a pile of rocks, but knew he had to go further.

I am amazed by the amount of detail TLM remembered about her surroundings. I wonder if she has a photographic memory?

She spent a lot of time as a lookout during two rounds of sexual assaults I'd imagine. And it was still daylight.

I hadn't seen this clip, good interview from City. Again, when you think of all the roads to search, he did such a great job in locating the scene.

I'm very disappointed in the way some of this investigation was carried out after they had TLM's confession. TWO MONTHS to check MR's cell phone records?!?
Not finding what was likely the car wash that Cha located in minutes?

Victoria could have been found so much sooner and a lot more evidence. If they had utilized the public when they had both suspects in custody, this trial wouldn't even be taking place IMO.

Smyth said he pulled back some low branches of a tree near the rockpile and spotted a garbage bag

Smyth says he pulled rocks and branches away from the pile. Stops. Eventually tells the jury he saw a garbage bag.

Tried to pull the bag away. Knew it wasn't scrap. Carnegie warns the jury and the court the upcoming photos will be disturbing.
