  • Suggested McClintic never saw the photos, so it wasn't her evidence. Heeney agreed.

Judge Heeney addresses the jurors.

The 12-person jury was shown a series of graphic crime scene photographs Friday.

Ontario Superior Court Justice Thomas Heeney reminded jurors that they were welcome to ask for a break if they needed it.

“I simply ask you to do your best, to establish an attitude, a sort of clinical detachment, an analytic view of things,” he said in his address.

“Step back. You might find it easier to cope. I know it’s easier said than done but I simply ask you to do your best.”

Derstine won't like anything that show the guilt of his client and the creditably of TLM[/I]. :moo: Too bad he was granted a trial. Hope he has to work extra hard in prison to pay for this unnecessary trial and putting Tori's family through so much more unnecessary heartbreak and pain. :moo:

I wonder if any of the Bandidos are housed where MR will be going if and when found guilty? JMHO

Is the tweet referring to Derstine's suggestion?

Yes, it`s in reference to Derstine not liking the title (the title of these photos?) JMO

I hope the forensic anthropologist and ME were able to discern which injuries were pre and post mortem. TLM stated they threw the rocks on top of her. JMO

I've wondered this myself especially with TLM stating that lil Tori was "tossed on the rocks"

and then the total lbs of rock weight that we heard about today was 272 lbs which I highly doubt were simply placed on Tori...so tossed again imo

How the heck would they be able to differentiate what injuries were caused by what??

jmo

I work in a warehouse and I am female. I consider myself fairly strong. We have wire reels that are around 109lbs and I can lift them but not high enough to put on top of something. That rock they both lifted or MR did it himself since he was a man and worked out often. JMO

Was the jury told that TLM said in January she changed her story because she didn't want to testify? I can't remember.

Was the jury told about the lie detector test results today?

I thought she had stopped tweeting because the pictures had been too much for her. Glad she's okay :)

AND got TLM's confession!!!! IMHO the LE officers who dedicated so much time and effort to solve this case deserve endless gratitude. Thank you to all those who worked so diligently and arduous to solve Tori's demise. And a huge thank you to the jurors who are sitting in on this very traumatic case. I have great faith justice will be served. :heartluv:

RaffertyLFP: Court is shown views of sideroad when it is covered with snow

Heeney tells the jury the title of the last exhibit has changed. Will be called "Views from the scene". Word "McClintic" removed

Showing shots of the scene with snow on the ground.

There was some snow on the ground in the area on April 8th, 2009
