Esso at the corner of Parkinson Road and Norwich Avenue. Video shot there is timestamped wrong. It was taken at 3:20 pm April 8th, 2009.

The vehicle at the Esso was seen at 3.20 pm on video, 15 minutes after the dark vehicle drove by the school and 10 minutes before abduction

I'm getting confused with the vehicle (s). There is only one vehicle, right? So at 3:20, TLM is driving and not MR?

By coincidence, same day he was analyzing video (May 19, 2009), Terri-Lynn McClintic was confessing to police and Mr. Rafferty was arrested

As other officers interviewed Terri-Lynne McClintic, Brocanier continued to look at videos from the Esso, tried to make connections

Was MR in the back with Tori?

My opinion is that Rafferty was always the driver and TLM was in the back with Tori and that Tori was covered up somehow or pushed down. I don't think Tori was in the car yet at 3:20 pm when the footage was taken at the ESSO station. JMO

As Brocanier was reviewing the videos he found out McClintic had confessed and Rafferty had been arrested
