My opinion is that Rafferty was always the driver and TLM was in the back with Tori and that Tori was covered up somehow or pushed down. I don't think Tori was in the car yet at 3:20 pm when the footage was taken at the ESSO station. JMO

If you go through the link in my signature you will see a photo of him wearing a light coloured coat with darker stripes along the bottom of the sleeves and at the collar. I think he was wearing that coat. JMO

I think he means that the car was there for three minutes not that it only took three minutes to abduct Tori. JMO

Crown calls Laura Perry, a mother of three, whose two children attended Oliver Stephens Public School during the time Tori disappeared

Tori was in the same class as one of her sons, Perry tells the court. She would see Tori a few times a week at the school. She also saw Tori walking on April 8, 2009
