Interesting and frustrating so far. So, there was no video footage of Tori actually getting into the car. No identification of who was driving the car at the Esso station. (Obviously it was not LE who obscured the driver's face, but the fault of the crappy cameras used, as I had mentioned a few weeks ago.) Had any of this info been available, now would have been the time for the Crown to present it. Let's see what the defence has to say and what future videos will reveal. There should at least be one of MTR getting money from an ABM, as was mentioned in the Crown's opening statement.

I agree video should be everywhere given the criminal element and for the protection of all our precious children however I do believe they have enough of a trail on Rafferty's including his car and the trail of tying him to all the electronics, car video, ATM, blackberry and what he told friends...
