Yeah, obviously you will get a better idea when the actual pictures are released, but pretty much the area it was found. I wonder what happened for it to be there, it's a pretty random spot for blood isn't it?

The blood was tested, but fell below the usual amount cut off.

Ok someone catch me up, 3 more blood spots were found, two on the back of the front seats and one on the actual from seat. Two of them had semen mixed within which was Rafferty's. The semen on the front seat was mixed with TLM's DNA also?
Did they say anything about the other blood spot that had a mixture too or just jump to the piece of cloth?

IMO, from what I have seen in evidence, we still don't know she told the truth about the assault, from these three tweets it sounds to me like TLM and MR had sex in the car at some point in time and excludes that there was a sexual assault on Tori.

The way I'm understanding this is that in the bloodstain on the door jam, they found Tori's DNA and sperm cells.

The other spots were MR and TLM.

So in my opinion, TLM was telling the truth. There was an assualt on Tori and that is how sperm cells were mixed with her blood.

It appears that MR liked sex in his car - for whatever reason.

I am confused, the stain on the front seat had blood and MR and TLM's DNA? Or just their DNA and no blood? Is that where they had their first date, the front passenger seat of the car? :waitasec:

So from the above tweets there was one bloodstain from the back seat found to have semen in it.

The front seat was all TLM's DNA and MTR's DNA.

can someone be kind enough to show a link where they actually said that sperm DNA was found mixed with Tori's blood...I am not reading that so far...all I have read is that there was a small amount of unknown DNA mixed with Tori but it didn't state sperm..therefore I am not jumping to conclusions as yet that it was sperm...if indeed it is sperm then there will be no doubt in my mind that it is from MR...



okay..just read the above post...that seals it for me...had to be MR....
