Blood spot was also tested for sperm cells The amount of cells tested was below the routine level, so results are subject to higher scrutiny

About MR's pea coat, he probably didn't get rid of it because it may have been bought for him as a gift from one of his many girlfriends or mom. How would he explain losing his pea coat?:what::waitasec::moo:

If nothing happened in the car, the defense is claiming that TLM just killed Tori and no rape or crime was committed by MR, why would the seat be missing, pieces of it cut out, blood on the door handle etc...TLM explained why this would have been, there's no defense for this IMO.

The court is shown a slide highlighting an area of the car door frame opposite the area where the blood was found on the moulding

The other blood spot wasn't examined fully, as it became clear the blood was likely that of Victoria Stafford.

The second blood sample was not examined for DNA as it was assumed it was likely from Stafford

Court is recessed until 2:20 p.m

Thank you Salem. :seeya: She certainly was a little sweetie. Beautiful blue eyes and a sweet smile. I really haven't seen any pictures of Tori where she wasn't smiling or looking delighted. She must have been one happy little girl.

Okay - here's my question (Sailor just using your post as a jumping off spot, not expecting you to answer) - what I'm understanding is they found sperm cells - just not enough to tell forensically who they belonged to, right?

But what other male raped Tori in MR's car? Okay - I can't even type what I'm thinking.

Well, if it was Tori's DNA for sure in the blood sample, and the other one could not be determined, but there were indications of sperm, then, MTR can't blame THAT one on TLM.

But Tori had a garbage bag over her head to prevent that from happening. I bet the blood came from Tori's privates when she got out of or back into MR's after TLM took her to have a piddle. I wonder if urine can be detected in that blood? Here's hoping, then that would show sexual assault IMHO.

I haven't seen that yet. They seem to be jumping around from one thing to the next. I'm thinking that is just a problem with the tweeting system LOL. But no, I don't think there has been anything about anything on the frabric, just that it was cut from the back seat.
