I am not trying to defend MR but having "Bring Tori Home" on MSN and being obsessed with the case along with having Tori's missing persons flyer. Isn't much evidence IMO. I had flyers of Tori in my home ( As i place them around my hometown) And i am sure to say obsessed with this case...most people were and still are such as us on this forum. If we weren't obsessed we wouldn't be wanting to hear all details in the court room.

However MR was involved so maybe the crown is going to use this in some way.

the thing is 'he' was the only person able to bring Tori home after all is said... TLM couldn't find the location MR chose that spot. it's quit disgusting to me and it strengthens his guilt in hiding his involvment imo he really thought he'd get away with it

She met Rafferty in late 2005. She was 17. She lived downtown above a bar. Lived with her boyfriend.

They became intimate eventually

Rafferty lived in Guelph at the time. He told her he wanted to be a dance instructor.

They "drove around a lot". They would sometimes get out of e car and "become intimate." He drove. She only had a G1.

Diwell said Rafferty lived in Guelph, has worked in landscaping, meat processing plant - aspired to be dance instructor but was unemployed

She started seeing somebody else. He deleted her off facebook, said to lose his number.

He tried to get in contact with her in early 2009. She was not receptive.

She says he had a blackberry.

The crown's next witness is John Cruickshank.

He owns a landscaping businesses. They are based just north of Guelph on highway six.

Rafferty worked for Cruickshank on and off in 2005 and 2006. They worked in teams.

He worked with others because his drivers license was suspended.

The name is common in the Horseshoe area.... I went to school with some Cruickshank's.
