Has anyone thought why he would not just have filled his tank prior to the abduction since he knew from the morning what he was going to do or why he didn't have the garbage bags and hammer already in the car since everyone knows that Home Depot has cameras all over the place and so do gas stations, BECAUSE HE KNEW HE WAS GOING TO MAKE IT LOOK like exactly what he is claiming it to be right now. This is not only murder IMO it is premeditated

Well TLM did say that 'she didn't wake up that morning thinking she was going to abduct a little girl'. So maybe it wasn't planned that day, but it was discussed about previously.

IMO, that is reaching. The convicted murderer and the accused murderer didn't murder her because she had a bathroom accident.

Yes it was discussed and IIRC, this was a dare! It only takes a split second to plan something (premeditation).

Any idea what Rafferty's defense is? Is he gonna claim a crazy lady named TLM made him do everything or is he simply gonna say "I wasn't there"

- in Dirk Derstine's cross-examination of TLM he suggested that she abducted Tori to provide her to Rafferty, Rafferty rejected the offer and TLM killed her. TLM denied this was true. One would assume this is the defense.

we have been told by Rafferty's lawyer that no family members are present.

I believe it was decided that he use a prisoner's box for safety purposes, imo
