Broad explains that data calls can be tracked to location, but not usually checked because Bell only cares about usage not location #sl

Home phone with Rogers, cell phone with Bell. RT @SznnNwngtn If Rafferty was a Rogers customer why are we hearing from Bell?

Broad has a list of all activity on Rafferty's cell phone in 2009. Much more detailed than a regular phone bill.

Carnegie split the records, one is February-April 8th, 2009. Another is April 8th-May 19th.

RaffertyLFP: Court will look at a detailed list of Rafferty's cell phone calls and text messages from Feb. 1- Apr; 8 2009 and April 8- May 19 2009

For interest sake:
This is a link that shows how one man kept track of his online dating through the use of spreadsheets. This is what we need in order to keep track of MR's girlfriends!
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/femail/a...Match-com-member-keeps-track-girlfriends.html

thank you..glad to see another webber reads the infamous UK Daily Mail ha... saw this myself this morning and went wow...this sounds familiar and to think this guy is a New York investment banker! it just proves to me the point I was trying to get across yesterday about MR and the thousands of others out there who do the same thing..JMO doesn't make them a murderer...what is interesting about this article is the comments from readers...some go overboard I will admit..wonder if Dirk is aware of this...maybe he could use it in his summary ha..MOO

If the trial was tainted, would he get off automatically, or would they have a re-trial?
Mike Knoll: @Guest - if there is a mistrial, depending on the case, there could be a re-trial. I would assume that in this case there would be a re-trial.

Is Rafferty in handcuffs and shackles?
not while in the prisoner's dock

If someone scheduled to testify are they allowed to be a spectator prior to testifying?
no.

Is there anywhere to go and see the power points that r being showed?
Mike Knoll: @matt - we are given evidence by the courts daily. we never know what we'll get until the end of the day. If this power-point is provided, we will try to post it on lfpress.com

I saw a tweet come through but wasn't sure if that's where he'd go if found guilty.

Hmmm...wonder where he'll go now? Does Woodstock have a prison?

No prison in Woodstock, I would think the closing will be a few years down the road. There are other maximum security prisons in Kingston, Millhaven could house some of them. Bet they will build a new one somewhere in Kingston though, or send some of the inmates out of province.
