I think the defense is feeling the waves as TPS is being drug under...they pretty much know their client is done for and all they can hope for is a major blunder by the State by which they can request a mistrial.

I just had to interject here, oh my gosh! I was reading about Tammi's meltdown but hadn't watched yet, so I went and watched recorded In Session. This is getting good! I was surprised at how kind and understanding the judge was toward Tammi, and I think it shows she is very manipulative. Where is Jack??!!

Remember all throughout Caylee's case we kept asking how all these people find each other? JW ,DC,CA,JH,etc... It's like a secret society with a secret code so they recognize each other.
In this case TS was constantly on the lookout for young women who were pregnant or had a baby .

When Tammi told you that Logan didn't want to give Gabriel up for adoption, did you say or do anything to try to convince Tammi to leave Gabriel alone?

If so, what was Tammi's response?

If not, why not? Didn't you realize how wrong that was?
