There were some necro songs on the iPod.just not the ones Carnegie asked about.

Scoyne desribes finding part of a cigarette pack with "James & Tara, 647 Frances Street"; confirms that is Tori's mother and address

Police also found a box of blonde hair dye in McClintic's closet.

I hope they dusted the box of hair dye for MR's fingerprints, since according to her he is the one that gave it to her.
