Interesting too, it shows what looks to be perhaps the infamous journal of TLM...yet it has a soft pink heart on the front...seems so misplaced based on what is said to be in the journal.:twocents: Very sad way they were living in that house...jail would seem more appealing IMO

1.Does anyone know why this website is always behind our ont time by approx 2 hours? ..some times heard to understand posts if you log in ...my guess is it is american and 2 hours behind ?
2. Mr. Derstine is one of the top defense lawyers in Canada.

One of the first rules of a defense lawyer...........is never ask a question of a witness that you don't already know the answer to.

Mr. Derstine has asked precious few questions during the Crown's presentation of it's case. That is probably because nothing has been particularly harmful to the case he will present during the presentation of the defense case.

If you follow his questions though, there is some indication that he will be returning back to the beginning.......the randomness of the abduction etc., when the opportunity arises.

IMO today's question regarding the number of elementary schools in Woodstock, is one small bit of information that leads in that direction......JMO.

Given the time line that was projected for this trial..........sometime into the month of June, I believe...........and the fact that the Crown is halfway through their case and the lengthy testimony of TLM is behind them......it would indicate that a considerable amount of time was projected as needed for the defense to present their case.

Just my opinion though.

The whole house looks like an episode of hoarders so nothing found there would surprise me. I bet everything she's ever accumulated in her life was in there.

What I did find interesting was the prescription receipts on the bed. One of them was for Oxy from the 28th of April 2009. I wonder who drove her to Zellers that day? :waitasec: But the interesting thing is that the receipt was for a time after TLM was in jail so it does appear that CM was using that room for her own personal papers and "stuff" as well.

MR left a box of dye by a telephone pole for TLM. A receipt was found in his bedroom. I believe the scan code on the box matched exactly to the receipt. MR blonde highlights. TLM an unopened box of hair dye in her closet. Maybe MR got a two for one special?! :waitasec: :floorlaugh:

Judging by that song list on the Ipod shuffle, and the name "Sherri" as the owner name, I'd say she was probably given that shuffle by someone named Sherri. Perhaps it came with the songs. There are some songs on there that I have on my IPod! :what::floorlaugh:

Great observation - I haven't seen that photo yet, but I probably wouldn't have noticed the name on the iPod. I'm thinking maybe TLM stole the iPod from someone named Sherri if she wasn't borrowing it, or if someone with that name hadn't given it to her. :twocents:

If I had a couple of cops in my living room asking me the questions they were asking, I wouldn't be worried about the cops knowing I work under the table, i'd be worried about if they know I was involved in a little girl's murder. His worries were incredible misplaced

I believe by MR admitting to LE that he worked under the table, he was trying to say "who me...abduct a child? Nah never, but I will tell you the worst of what I did against the law". He was trying to seem like a "good guy" who's fessing up to the worst of crimes he would commit; working under the table. The heat was on but LE didn't buy it. HTH :moo:

I thought I noticed a baby stroller in one of those pictures..wonder why they would have that but then again as you said the whole house looked as if they were hoarders..I think I counted three TV's which isn't a big deal to most but I guess there was plenty of income coming in through the back door and there is Goodwill /SA etc..

Smart thinking Flip! Maybe, maybe. Unless he was pawning something of value off on JW and he wasn't planning on stay at GL or going with JW. He left his car running because he was going to leave but LE swooped down on him before he could do anything. Just a thought, but I like your theory better. :moo:

It looked to me like the inside of the house was being renovated, the carpet also looked clean, the walls appeared to have alot of filler on them, the kind that hides holes, and TLM's room looked well-organized. On the whole yeah it looked cluttered, but maybe everything was pushed in the middle of the rooms because the walls were being shellacked or whatever that stuff is, I can't think of the word. Poor people also tend to keep things because they don't have anything, so everything they have has value, even the worst crap.

Well his boyfriend/girlfriend relationship lasted four to five months with TLM. That's pretty good don't you think? They must have had a lot in common despite the ten years age difference. Maybe TLM was young enough for him and he could easily manipulate her as opposed to other girlfriends such as BA 13 years his senior. I don't think that one lasted long IIRC. The girly talk friendship continued six years right up to his arrests. :twocents:

I see paint cans on the kitchen floor, slide 58. JMO

ETA: maybe the police moved the cans from under the kitchen sink. I also see a rolled up carpet in that slide and the next one.

Someone may have answered this already, but if not...
When I registered, I was asked what time zone I was in. You probably can find the time zone option in your user control panel somewhere. I don't know where but a mod probably can help you with this. Its likely just a matter of changing a setting in the control panel somewhere to get the time to adjust to what it should be.

As for the chat thing, I have no idea what the heck you're talking about so I hope someone can clarify that for you. :seeya:
