I could be wrong Ardy, but I think it is to show the exhausting search while MTR was of no help whatsoever, even though the defence has admitted his knowledge of the crime and subsequent disposal of items. Not to mention that the Crown has to let the jury know that they did in fact search for evidence.

Obviously money would have had no bearing in the search for Tori..glady and heartfeltly done. IMO Think about this...his actions costed IMO millions to the province, hundreds of men and women and thousands of hours of work, on top of the horrific days, weeks, months and years.....in human toll on this family...what because of MTR????? If someone can..just do that....yep just cause all that...the same type of mentality goes into what he is accused of IMO. Who does that?:twocents:

Stirling says it would not be a steep grade. [via Twitter]

RaffertyLFP:
Derstine and Stirling disagreeing how steep the walk would be from the stone pile east to a tree line. [via Twitter]

Let me guess...on one of the supposed returns to the area defense will say it was too slippery for him to have gone up that incline that day....yadda yadda blah blah blah:twocents:
