Something I have been thinking of regarding yesterday's autopsy.

No mention of hair, pubic or otherwise being found with Tori's body. I wonder if there were in the garbage bags?

I would also like to know what MR's many female aquaintances have to say about his own body hair. Is he a guy who shaves?
I am not trying to gross everybody out I am simply wondering if any evidence of hair transfer was found as in Locard's exchange principle: "Every contact leaves a trace".

IIRC when he was arrested, they took his clothes, I guess they had to give him something to wear.

From looking at the butterfly earring I could see there was a fine blond hair caught in one of the butterflies, but that could have been Tori's own hair.


Did you find out Kmouse if seminal fluid could be found in the decomposition fluid?

No I haven't emailed my contact yet. I'll try and remember to do it tonight but I won't be around for a few days to get the reply.
I was thinking about how MR's blood could be found/mixed with Tori's blood.

I don't think TLM was expecting to be picked up on her probation violation within days of the murder.

McClintic was arrested on the breach of probation April 12 and has not been released when her charges were brought against her for the killing of Tori BUT according to tesitmony
"Police officers searching the house of Terri-Lynne McClintic after her arrest in May 2009 found a missing flyer for Victoria 'Tori' Stafford crumpled in her bedside garbage, a jury heard yesterday.

One month later, nmore then enough time to remember the journals, phone numbers ect and have someone get rid of them such as MR for her..

Well what I got out of it is how massive and inclusive the search for Tori was. That it was Canada's largest search that involved thousands of people all with one goal. While this was going on MR did NOTHING even though he is supposed to be the innocent dupe along for the ride. He did NOTHING even though he told people he was going to help search for "that missing girl".
During this massive search MR removed the back seat of his car as well as tried to get rid of it and his Blackberry. That's what I got out of this testimony and I hope the jury did too.

I wish they would've expanded on that. I don't know if it's the tweets that lack substance but it just seems that evidence is presented and then there is no redirect to drive the point across to these jurors. For example: The Crown could've asked, did the defendent, Michael Rafferty, at any time offer clues as to what may have happened to Tori considering he knew Terri Lynn McClintic? Or something like that. KWIM?

Instead, we're just left with trying to figure out what this evidence is all about. I hope the jury can piece it together and use common sense as most of us but I'm really concerned we may have a few jurors who need to see it in black and white or they get lost. Hope I'm wrong.

Christmas put on gloves, turned Rafferty's car off, rolled up windows. Cars were taken to OPP forensic identification unit.

The other car was a black Honda Accord, the car Rafferty was getting into.

I wonder if MR was leaving in the Accord with JW and leaving his car running, hoping that someone would steal it???

maybe to show that of all the schools in Woodstock Tori's was targeted by TLM for whatever reason???? just a wild guess:moo:

But of the 15 schools, Oliver was the closest to where she lived, just off the top of my head from memory, without checking the map.

The fact that he left his own car running suggests to me, that he intended to be in the other car with the woman for a very short period of time. :twocents:

She didn't seem like MR kind of girl at all. She was into rap, real gangster. She wasn't into chick flicks. MR wore his heart on his sleeve and hopeless romantic.
