So how does his name end up on the court papers in her writing?

she DID text that to Logan

she and her husband DID call Logan to tell him that

at least twice now that we've heard in TPS's own voice she tells LE to go in on that plan with her to tell Logan to sign the papers



ETA: In fact, she texted that to Logan WHILE LE was at her house....
