It takes a lot of nerve to lie about forging a legal document and then go on to pat yourself on the back for preaching to natives in huts!!! Dispicable.

Wenwe
She also went to Florida for "training/exams". And good point she never mentioned if she passed my guess is she didnt or she would have definately told us she did.

Gitana
There was mention of her email to one lady asking the lady responded no and she was happily married and no she was not wanting to give up her child for adoption. TS was trying to find someone in the military due to their health benefits. (which was brought out in court)

Is this archived anywhere? I've looked at azfamily and kpho and can't find anything. So disappointed I missed this. BUT love the blow by blow comments from you all. Very funny.

So she went to Africa to help heal the people by giving them meds and bandaging their wounds but they told her she had to preach instead.

Fascinating. How is this relevent again? :waitasec:

Not directing the question at you Wishbone, I'm just floored by this woman's story telling.

after listening to her I can see why she didn't have custody of them

Vinnie said he thinks Jack and Tammi are probably good parents to their two children. I say, those little girls are not their children. They pressured his daughter to give them up. I'll put it this way, they should never have been able to adopt children. Also, didn't I hear Tammi say, when explaining why they were going to foster kids care school, that they decided not to get Hannah a sibling after all until they heard from Elizabeth? Did she mean the first time or the second time? What about Rachel? Someone mentioned that foster children bring in money, and also adopted foster kids also bring in money until they reach adulthood. I suspect that was the motivation behind it. I do not understand how all these anchors and guests on the media like her! jmo

At some point the camera showed Jack looking very relaxed sitting in the audience like he was watching a made for tv movie but then towards the end when the camera aimed at him, he had his arms crossed. I'm no body language expert but it was so noticeable.

Not sure if it was before or after the two beers and couple of smokes and the "bring it on" comment he allegedly made to her. :what:

Ya know, I was thinking. You know how people talk and how EJ and Tammi's friend said she goes to restaurants and tries to adopt kids etc.? Now that she is talking about how it DID happen, it doesn't make her look so crazy. People always repeat stories differently to make someone seem crazy. Hard to explain what I'm trying to say. Her friends probably pictured her walking up to people and asking for their baby. I'm not saying she isn't mentally ill, just that things are not always how they seem. Yes, she is guilty of forgery, but I think she will get off on the other. Deep down, I believe she has a good heart and means well, but she made some HORRIBLE decisions getting involved with these confused mothers.

Deceptive, conniving, dishonest, criminal (forgery), I do not think she has a good heart, but she sure is working hard to convince everyone that she does. I also think it is telling that we hear that Hannah was acting out and biting children at school. hmmm. jmo

I'm going to miss the rest of the testimony tomorrow but I'm sure I can rely on you all to keep me updated. It should be a doozy. Cross will be a must see. Hope I can catch some of it when I get home from work tomorrow.

Jack has been married to Tammi for 8 yrs. I just can't imagine having her in my living room for 20 minutes.

:floorlaugh: Ain't that the truth...OMG I'd jump out my 2nd story window!

I think they'll be lucky to finish her direct testimony tomorrow at this rate....:what:

I'm really hoping it goes something like this:

SA: Mrs. Smith, I'm going to ask you several questions to which I'm going to ask that you simply answer with "Yes" or "No."

I hope this is a lesson to all "normal" God-fearing people - if a woman approaches you with a baby and says "here, adopt him/her" after knowing you for 4 hours, RUN, DON'T WALK, to the nearest telephone and call CPS, and tell them it's an emergency! If someone is willing to just give their baby away to strangers, doesn't it make you wonder how she treats (or mistreats) the child when alone???

Can you imagine telling your child, "no honey, we didn't choose you, your real mommy was a crazy lady who gave you away because she didn't want you, but didn't want your daddy to have you, either."

Noor, as good as this is hon...and it is priceless! Please remember TOS regarding contacting case players. [ame="http://websleuths.com/forums/showpost.php?p=3361118&postcount=1"]Websleuths Crime Sleuthing Community - View Single Post - Contacting Case Players[/ame]
Just want to have you around to enjoy the rest of the trial with us. :blowkiss:

And a couple more discrepancies between Jack and Tammi's testimony so far:

Jack said the reason they offered to put EJ up in TN was because she was threatening to run, and that at least in TN they'd know where she was so that Logan could get Gabriel back.

Tammi said many times in police interviews that the reason they offered to put EJ up in TN was to change jurisdictions, so that Logan would be stressed out and sign the adoption papers.

Jack said once "they" figured out that EJ played them, he realized that Gabriel should be with Logan.

Tammi was calling Judge McVey to give them Gabriel; sending text messages/emails to someone (in an area code that belonged to Louisiana) that Logan was stupid, and since he wasn't nice, now he doesn't get his son back hahahaha (BTW, nice, Christian woman to take that attitude!); trying to get LE to go along with the "fake adoption" paperwork; etc....

Does Jack even have a clue what she says & does? Will the prosecution play those audiotapes again as rebuttal? Will it be the first time that he finds out what she was really saying and doing?

Inquiring minds want to know....

I hate to admit this, but TS put me in a coma today. I was listening to her direct, and all of a sudden - BLAM - I'm snoring. How can they stand it in the courtroom?

So yah, I missed it -- but obviously it wasn't much worth listening to.

MOO
