Nearby teachers were helping students get on the bus. Witness says the woman in white went in the front door.

She says the woman was wearing a heavy jacket considering the weather. She had never seen her before.

Even if TLM knew Tori the reason TLM took her and the reason or motive MTR had for rape were two totally different motives.

MTR may not have even known why TLM chose that particular child.

I don't think she can "prove" anything, really. She may say what she remembers. I've seen way too much research on the unreliability of eye-witness testimony to place much faith in this kind of recollection.

If I was on the jury I would be more interested in who is not testifying on his behalf such as his mom etc. I think that is pretty telling in and of itself.
