Effective, IMO,to smack down State's "double life" claim by bringing up Harris reaching out to church members to help him with his "sexual sins, " to ask for their prayers.

I'm a firm believer in prayer, but, IMO the Lord gave JH a brain and the rules on how to live in a marriage and Ross choose to ignore that. He's the one who said he has no conscious. He still choose to kill his son, ON PURPOSE, so the defense can chip away all he wants. There was no excuse for JH to leave Cooper in the car. Although I didn't care for the way the State delivered opening statements, valuable points were still made to show guilt. :jail:

Sometimes. But also, sometimes the evidence left out provides a much different impression when included. Such as the passport messaging that early AM, and such as Harris calling his son "amazing" that same morning, and such as the fact he never in fact even clicked on actual "child free" related posts when he was on that sub Reddit, and most especially, it sure doesn't help the State's case whatsoever that the defense can literally visually demonstrate Stoddard lied. Repeatedly. About key things.

I think the defense will be able to create doubt about the premeditation.

But I don't think they can get out of the severe neglect and manslaughter implications. The child'd car seat was so very close to the driver, and it was such a short amount of time of him to 'forget' his son was there with him. jmo

And the reason he 'forgot' was because he was so distracted by the 'whisper' site and the sexting.

Yesterday I was having buffering problems on all the usual sites (WAT and even the news sites). I finally found a youtube channel which did not have any bufferring problems for me and shared the link earlier, but they ended that stream after the opening by defense. Does anyone have a good stream to share now that is through youtube as it seems that works best for my computer.

Piper " compares Ross Harris screams on scene to Anchorman screaming in mono tone "glass case of emotions" calls it unusual.

Piper: Ross Harris said to officers "Shut the F&^% up my son just died."

He said STFU to officer who told him to get off the phone. "My son just died"

Officer didn't see crying, monotone voice and screaming, sounded like will ferrell from Anchorman with his shouting. His face was not red.
