didn't CBP tell the DT that if they didn't like the place he has chosen, then he would just get the jury from Orange County? Maybe this is why DT has been all over the local news the past few days, and will probably be today also......??

The defense wants to go ahead, yet they are appealing for an extension? I don't understand - can you expound?

This is my opinion only, I don't know for sure.

All Parties had an opportunity to file a response to the Appellate court by 10:00 AM today.

Nobody except the Defense filed anything, theirs being a request to extend the deadline to give a response.

In their request, the language seemed quite stern that the media knew about the confidentiality agreement for a very long time, yet they waited until the eleventh hour to file their motion. Basically saying the media motion is silly. IMO of course.

To me, it just seems like an attempt to prolong the Appellate Court ruling. Whatever that may be. By doing so, makes the issue moot, since jury selection starts Monday anyway.

Lippman on now - Saying that as of this moment, he still has not heard from Baez or Mason. Talking about all of the media interviews he has done this week, but couldn't take 20 miliseconds to talk to him. Not even the courtesy to say if Casey has any objection.

Anthony's attrny on. He filed the motion, still hasn't heard back from JB. IS hasn't heard back yet either. Lippman says they are busy, but had time for interviews, Jb hasn't had 20 milisecs. to talk to him. They haven't even told lippman whether KC wants to see them or not.

Doesn't sound like GA will attend trial? LA not expected to attend either.
If GA not interested in meeting with ICA - what does that imply?
