JB - a friend I didn't know before this . . unfairly treated by news media and a couple of lawyers who have asked to be on this team - hypocrites . . . never worked with anyone who has worked as hard as he has . . .ask 350 witnesses on this case they know who he is.
Caylee Anthony - a child who tragically died . . can't bring her back . . i have 7 grandchildren . . .unfortunate accident (?)

you are going to learn new things that are not evidence . . . speculation and claims some not proven and some judge has already ruled on.

He's bringing his own speculation in at trial? Can someone explain this? TIA

I'm telling ya...after this case is over they're gonna go after the Sunshine Laws...just a feeling I'm getting.

But defense was the one, the only one who said no to the gag order. What would that have meant? Possibly may have interferred with the sale of Caylee's pictures? The average person is not downloading these documents. Hard to point fingers at the Sunshine Laws when the number one offender was the defense team. jmo

She said that that might the place where Caylee lost her life.

She has no clue that the body was in the car for 2.6 days????

I have to agree - this case has cost the state so much money and some of that can be directly tied to the level of interest and information shared with the public tainting the potential jury pool. I bet that law is rescinded or majorly altered very soon.

I think it is going to be quite fascinating to hear what the Defense Team is going to say - just how they are going to spin this.

Just exactly how are they going to say how this "tragic unfortunate" accident happened - point by point. And what the reasoning was behind placing the duct tape so strategically on little Caylee's face. (While picturing the jury listening to this..) And why ICA drove around in her car with Caylee in the trunk. And what made her decide to wrap her up in garbage bags and throw her into a swamp. And how she lived with knowing her beloved child was just down the street from her home, having terrible things done to her body.

And why she lied to the first responders. And continued to lie. It's got to be a stronger story than the SA is going to paint. So just how is that going to go now Mr. Mason? We are waiting....

There has been too much mention of this...just have a feeling that they're gonna go gunning for the SL. You are absolutely right...they called attention to the case and tough on them that every doc released revealed the ugly truth about their client.

me too. I almost fell out of my seat the day she asked that poor Mother who's X Husband or boyfriend took her 2 year old Son and drowned himself and the baby in the reservoir. Drove his truck into it and they found them a week later. She asked the Mother so " You still think your Son is alive" in a questioning tone. The poor Mother broke out histerical crying. What a cruel thing to say to her. Of course she was praying her baby was still alive but unfortunately he wasn't. She needs to remember who's she's talking too. Seriously if that had been me, they would have had to bleep out the entire conversation.

Ok, have to admit I liked the answer CM gave about how he met his wife - he hired her to work for him as a secretary "in the good 'ole days before the sexual harassment laws".

When I ran my agency our POSTED Sexual Harassment Policy was as follows:

If you get your feelings hurt, walk out the door and don't let it hit you on the way out. If someone makes you uncomfortable, god gave you a mouth - tell them to cut it out.

Discussing the CM comment about exposing hypocrites and liars . . . intimating we are going to learn something we don't know . . . potential witnesses . . . maybe kc isn't the liar she has been painted to be.
SA have no ability to prove COD/murder . . . not a slam dunk case . . . circumstantial case . . . no witness to say I saw kc put body in trunk or give her chloroform.

I haven't watched it all yet, but was reading here. I am just sick with this interview with CM! I'm going to have to stop watching HLN...they are so far up the defense's arse! Jenkasaurus (my spelling) is sickening too.

I can't believe that after yesterday, in the courtroom, listening to HHJP talk about all the media blitz and how he was trying to avoid it...that the very next day, InSession has a big interview with CM (the ole "warhorse attorney") I just have no more words.

I wonder who else CM thinks is lying, other than their own defense team. Think of all those TES volunteers, LB, Kronk's ex-wives, Kronk's son, JW, etc. who defense said had information that in the end was all smoke and mirrors. Even the majority of their experts are not willing to lie for them, including Dr. Lee.

I think once SA presents their case the jury will know that any story KC would come up with is pretty much unreliable because of her history of lying.

Anyone think that CA may have been encouraged to tell the whopper about the dryer sheets so that defense could point out how unreliable the A's testimony is. That somehow KC has become a victum of her family. jmo
