That is why i posted it might explain some possibilities, as in relatives of inmates keeping inmates kids. Certainly have no clue. I have a ton of relatives of 3 genarations all around the Houston area and hadn,t ever heard of Dayton, so no offense meant towards the town.

Those "temporary houses" aren't houses at all, but largish sheds. I am sure it must be illegal for people to be LIVING in them. There would be no plumbing. Probably electricity via extension cord. I suppose they could use space heaters or propane heaters to keep warm? I wonder how many people are staying in each shed.

What a mess. No wonder no one knows who is whose.

It seems to me like "grandma" became the dumping spot for all the grandkids while her own children came and went doing whatever ?
