Sisters charged in abuse of 12-year-old girl who escaped restraint in Montgomery County home: docs
Investigators say the child got out of her restraints and escaped the home on Sept. 30, where she was found with injuries all over her body.
Detectives say all of this unfolded at the home of Brenda Garcia, the older sister. She is also charged with invasive visual recording for allegedly taking nude photos of the child.
Both Tania and Brenda Garcia have bonds of $200 thousand.
