SECOND DEATH: Baby dies in hot car in Beeville

The nine-month-old's death comes a day after a 22-month-old toddler was found dead in a car in Corpus Christi.

A nine-month-old girl was found in a car in Beeville, Beeville Police Department Chief Kevin Behr confirmed to 3NEWS on Wednesday. It comes one day after a 22-month-old was found dead in a car in Corpus Christi on Tuesday.

'The scene is being treated as a crime scene, Behr said, and the Texas Rangers will be assisting with Beeville PD's investigation. He said this is a criminal investigation over the suspicious death of a child.'
