In July, Dickey was also reported missing. One month later, she was found safely in August in Missouri with Charles Kuentzal II, 21.
Kuentzal was arrested for kidnapping and for endangering the welfare of a child. He was scheduled to be in court in Jasper County, Missouri Wednesday morning.
At last check, Kuentzal was being held at the Jasper County Jail.
After Dickey was found, a few months later, her family said she was transferred to the San Antonio facility for evaluation and treatment.
