Maybe it is a group home type setting for RSOs.

KMouse, maybe? It came up as a single home though. Three bedrooms etc.

FWIW this is about another house not involved. Hopefully anyway.

and why are there vigils etc. and none of the occupants of the child's home have been seen.

They could easily be too distraught for public appearances. Or staying with friends or relatives in another place while their house is being turned inside out for clues.

Or maybe LE doesn't want them to, since the name hasn't officially been released. If they showed up it would be the same thing as a public announcement.

What city is this?! What's the population? An answering machine? Your city is going to have a major scandal and lawsuit on their hands one day when someone is abducted and murdered before LE even does anything.

I thought this was the case in most states/cities? (Not the answering machine) but that children had to be missing so many hours before LE would get involved? Or does this only apply to run aways?

FYI, on scanner thread tonight 2 hrs and saginaw has 3 TRAFFIC stops and nothing else. I think that explains most of what I meant to say about Saginaw Tx :) You're welcome !

I guess another interesting question is, why hasn't the family's name been released? Maybe LE is trying to protect them/the investigation from the likely media storm that will happen when the family's non-traditional structure comes up. (I don't think I can elaborate; see parking lot thread.)

Please tell us, I can't watch it.

She said she seemed like a sad little girl and she wished she had done more to help her. She lived with her parents and another man that she called Papa and when the lady asked her about Papa, the child wouldn't elaborate. Also she said when it was time to go home, she began sobbing. The last part I can imagine some kids do but couple with the other stuff and now knowing her fate, you have to at least WONDER wth .

Did I read this correctly , that a child's decomposing body was found in the street , under a tarp? And was found by children? Imo

She was bound and naked?
A plastic bag over her head.....

I feel ill..... :tears:

Omg was a child EVEN reported missing?
Imo

I know there are group home type places where I live and sometimes they are just for RSOs.

I didn't mean doing media interviews or anything. There's been no reports of the occupants of the home coming or going. If the police are removing boxes of stuff I assume they feel it is a crime scene???

I keep getting bumped off.. Can you paraphrase when you get a chance? Please:)

Actually I saw nothing all that new. The only thing I saw that I didn't see at the 5 oclock broadcast ( although it may have been mentioned ) was that the FBI was searching vehicles wearing protective suits. They looked like hazmat style suits. I have NO idea if that's what they were but full body jumpsuits of some kind.

So, the fact that LE has not issued a warning to the residents of Saginaw and there has been no public appeal to the owner of the red truck, gives me hope that they are fast and furious on this one.

(I can hope can't I?)

I am hoping there is some sort of justice for this dear, sweet child.

Ah probably tyveck jumpsuits. As to not contaminate any evidence. They look like class 100 clean room suits complete with bootys.

Vehicles at her home address?
