Yes, the perp (a family man neighbor) was home alone and his story was Brianna came over to use the pool and he suffocated her with a plastic bag that he placed over her face. He didn't say anything about raping her but he did that too. He dumped her body over a bridge and helped in looking for her. A real winner.

I finally saw the video. I don't like the posturing of the guy and the apparent attitude he has. I could be wrong but I'm not liking this. BTW my opinion has nothing to do with his appearance or Megadeath shirt, if that were the case 80% of my friends would be under scrutiny for crimes in their areas. We obviously know they didn't not "take anything" and the look on his face when he sees the camera is almost a taunting one. If he did walk up to the camera why was it cut out?

They did that with Jessica R., I do believe. I don't remember, but did he go out on searches for her? I know that Ryan did. He ended up leaving a note on the trash compactor though. And mom convinced her son to confess in Jessica's case.
