are you referring to relatives of the perp? if so even if they do identify them they are not up for sleuthing.

This was my thought process.

I looked at his FB page after he was shown in the video with LE carrying the paper bag.

I was concerned about his lack of friends and thinking his school was one for troubled kids.

But, I changed my mind for him as the perp because of the picture of him giving the finger to google.

I thought , "Oh. He does have friends." I thought that was a humorous thing to do when you consider how often people look at google maps. It would give me a laugh if I found that accidentally.

I figured there was the surveillance video in the bag and he was smirking because he knew there was evidence in that bag to nail the perp. I figured he was an LE helper.

I think that's why we didn't get an update if he's alive or dead. My money's on dead. They just want to notify his family so they dont hear it on the news first. IMO

This confirms that, blue22. Thanks for clarifying. The new law is scheduled to go into effect Oct 2013 but will apply to all pending cases, including any on hold , awaiting this legislative action.

The United States Supreme Court conflicts with TX legislature. This creep will never face the death penalty as a result.

So glad to see that there is closure today. Prayers to the family, friends and community for a very tough few weeks. How horrible to ever have to experience anything like this.

I doubt this creep is still alive or will survive if he was shot in the head by LE. If he does he will probably be more of a vegetable than he was before.

I don't know. What about the monster who killed babies and other innocent people in Boston? he was shot several times and lived.

If anyone's interested, I went back and found where we first started talking about TH after his first video. I believe matou's post #615 is where it kicks off. We couldn't talk much, of course, because he was a minor/non-POI, but I'd forgotten that claimed LE took nothing from the house.

This article states where the LEO and suspect were taken and names the private school that Tyler Holder attended.

If you are talking about JPS, that hospital isn't just for the uninsured.
It is actually one of the best trauma/er facilities in Texas, if not the U.S.

The LEO was also taken there.

I think the LEO went to Harris. But yeah, I forgot they are a level 1 trauma center.

I believe LEO is @ Harris Methodist Fort Worth. Holder is @ JPS. In my experience, it's not uncommon to take them different places.....(would you want those families in the same ER, cafeteria, etc)?
