Police are now asking the public for help locating her. They suspect she may be with a coworker. Martinez's dad, Manny Martinez, said the coworker is 28 years old... 12 years older than his daughter.

Surveillance video shows missing 16-year-old's last known whereabouts

Hope this family finds their daughter soon. Just by reading this, it’s clear this father is scared and extremely worried about his daughter. (IMO)

Martinez, the teen’s father, said whether his daughter left willingly shouldn't matter under these circumstances, noting he suspects an inappropriate relationship between the pair.

"Whether or not she got in that car on her own merit or not does not matter," he said. "She is 16 years old with a 28-year-old man."

Martinez described his daughter as loving and trustworthy, and suspects she may have been manipulated.

"I'm sure this guy promised her the moon and the world and Alex fell for it," Manny Martinez said. "And that's where we are today."

Manny Martinez said he advises parents to have the passwords to their child's social media accounts. During this whole ongoing ordeal, he said, he's struggled to gain access to her accounts.

Anyone with information about Alexandra Martinez's location is urged to call police at (210)207-7660.

No photos of the coworker?

I could be wrong but I believe this may be why LE haven’t released info on the coworker.

“We just don't have any enough information or evidence to support that this was against her will," Ramos said. "No one has physically seen her with him or physically seen this individual with her. We haven't been made aware of an actual sighting with this individual in his vehicle, so it's just one of those complicated cases where, unfortunately, if we don't have the evidence, we can't move forward in that direction."

Authorities went out to the coworker's apartment, but apartment managers told officers if they did not have a warrant, they would not be able to enter the home.

But this statement (which is made often by LE), I’ll never quite understand fully when it comes to missing teens (children):
“So far, authorities have not yet received any concrete information that Alexandra Martinez is in danger..”

A teen missing (even willingly) puts them in a dangerous circumstance, especially when there whereabouts are totally unknown. Merely my opinion...

She's 16 and he is much older, so these things really should not matter. It's a real shame that there aren't 'better safe than sorry' exceptions to laws about releasing info on a person or searches of homes when there is a minor involved.

Is 16 the age of majority in TX? Even if she went willingly, can't the coworker still be charged with something? And has LE even TALKED to the coworker?

I'm not sure what you mean by "majority" as I have not heard that phrase, but if you mean like when she is considered an adult or 'age of consent' it's 17 in Texas.
