HARRISON COUNTY, Texas (KTAL/KMSS) — As authorities in Harrison County, Texas continue their search for a missing family with two children, we are learning more about a possible motive for the family fleeing the area.

He was jailed in Anderson County until October 13. His bond was set at $850,000. Jail records show that a bail bonds company out of Palestine, Texas posted bond for Roman. Weeks later he and his family fled.

According to the Anderson County, Texas Sheriff’s Office, Gerardo Roman Sr., is currently wanted on two outstanding warrants. He is wanted for the crimes of manual delivery of a controlled substance and money laundering in the amount greater than $2,500 but less than $30,000.
