If I have it correctly he can only go from work to home. I am also going to say right here right now, I think this one is a very possible flight risk or go out in a fury type of risk. He was buying a big amount of ammo and a gun before arrested... There was some plan I would speculate... While having an ankle monitor it would not be the first time someone got one off or did something on one and a whole lot of damage can be done before LE can respond...

That is also my fear, particularly since he will be returning to a military department that specializes in security. Once Andreen's friends showed up looking for her that morning he knew plan B would be necessary. This guy is unhinged and wants to make a statement. jmho

Four weeks later, volunteers still searching for Andreen McDonald
Friday marked four weeks since Bexar County mother and businesswoman Andreen McDonald went missing. On Saturday, San Antonians showed they're still determined to find her.

Searchers met on a road just off 281 north of Stone Oak Parkway, bringing horses and ATVs as they prepared to search a nearby wooded area.

Happy to see they are searching again..... and military members are involved in the search (based on the pictures).

That is how he strikes me too. I think he had a plan that he never finished because her friends showed up. He refused to cooperate with regard to where she was the entire time while in custody. The ammo and gun showed a plan imo.

I cannot believe she has not been found yet either.

I am sure they have probably thought about this but I wonder if there is any chance he had a storage unit? If for instance, he had just gotten one payment may not have cleared yet or he may have paid cash...

Husband of missing mom Andreen McDonald scheduled for release from jail
The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office has confirmed that the husband of Andreen McDonald, a missing mother, is scheduled to be released from jail as early as Tuesday morning.

Andre McDonald, 40, posted the necessary portion of his $300,000 bond Monday, the sheriff’s office confirmed.

Deputy Johnny Garcia, a public information officer for BCSO, said that upon McDonald’s release, he will be fitted with an ankle monitor and turned over to the military.

It is unclear whether, when Andre McDonald is handed over to the military, he will face any additional charges in military court.

As part of his restrictions upon release, a judge prohibited McDonald from visiting his home on Solitude Cove or contacting his 6-year-old daughter, whom he had raised with his wife. He will also wear a GPS monitoring device and remain under house arrest.

Husband of Andreen McDonald released from BCSO custody

“He’s subject to what’s called ‘jurisdiction by both civilian and military authorities,'” said John Convery said," McDonald's lawyer.

Deputy Johnny Garcia, a spokesman for the Sheriff's Office, said McDonald will be fitted with a GPS ankle monitor and turned over to the military. Convery told KSAT that McDonald's release to military custody is strictly procedural.

Andreen McDonald's family asking her husband to stop its suffering

"He clearly knows the disposition of Andreen," said Cheryl "For us, not to know, it's a month and two days. That's the part that's emotionally exhausting."

So far, Andre is only charged with evidence tampering. Tonight Andreen's cousin Cheryl has a message for him.

"Andy, just tell us where the hell she is," Cheryl said. "Your family is suffering. Just do the right thing. The outcome is, we need to know where Andreen is. She deserves that."

The couple's daughter celebrates her seventh birthday Tuesday.

Andre isn't allowed to see her, even though he's out of jail.

Andre McDonald walked out of the jail at about 12:45 p.m. Tuesday. Surrounded by a scrum of cameras and glancing down at a book in his hands, he walked over to a waiting pre-trial services van and was driven away.

Andre McDonald speaks with KENS 5 while under house arrest

Andre told KENS 5 Tuesday afternoon he had no comment and was just relaxing. He is on house arrest wearing a GPS monitor and is only allowed to and from work.

Tuesday also happened to be his daughter's 7th birthday. When asked if he would like to say anything to his daughter, Andre said he didn't have anything else to say.

KENS 5 also spoke to Cheryl Spencer, who is Andreen's cousin. She lives out of state.

Spencer said, recently, the couple's daughter has been asking where Andreen is, which is making it difficult for the family.

"The past month of not knowing Andreen's whereabouts has just been emotionally exhausting for our family," she said.

She is hopeful there is new evidence in the case, and that Andre starts talking soon. "This little girl hasn't seen either parent in 30 days, and he hasn't said anything," she said.
