The link says his custody was decided years ago and the gf has no strikes against him. SH is not allowed visitation but other family members are.

It seems like Anne-Cristine's mom should get visitation at least, but I suspect there is much we do not know regarding family dynamics. Puzzling...

So they were there with a search warrant to get some specific property and found other evidence which lead to them getting a second search warrant that allowed them to find the body.

Update:

The hearing for the motion to suppress evidence has been moved from this upcoming Wednesday, Jan. 24 to a new date- April 12-13, 2018.

The trial date has been moved to July 16, 2018.

I'm not sure what is going on, Niner, but thanks for all the excellent work you do keeping us up to date on Trial dates for so many cases. :loveyou:

*Discovery (Disposition) Hearing (@ 10am CT) - TX - Anne-Christine Johnson (30) (Dec. 8, 2016) - Shaun Philip Hardy (32), ex-husband accused & charged (12/18/16) with 1st degree murder; confessed, released from prison on $1 million bond (GPS tracking), no passport & must submit to drug tests every 7 days.
Pretrial hearings on 1/24/18 & 4/12/18 moved to today. Motions to Suppress hearing 7/26, pretrial hearing on 8/3 and jury trial starts 8/13.
