No, I don't see a person standing there pointing a gun...I see a large amount of glare from the flashlight and what looks to be curtains in the way. Actually it's shades.

Very interesting, because that bullet went right where his flashlight was pointed. I don't think he could have seen anything due to the glare. But that's jmo and all that.
