We're back from lunch.
Next witness is a blurry convicted felon.
Ugh and the ad pops up so I didn't get his name/connection to TH.
IMO.

The court reporter isn't the only one having trouble with umderstanding this witness.

Testifying he thinks people will take advantage of TH in prison.

Yeah, no. IMO he'll be in segregated, protected custody as long as he lives.

prisoner/criminal says TH didn't really know what was going on around him.

Ah I see, he is here to tell the jury that poor poor Tanner doesn't know how to act in jail around the other criminals, doesn't understand the pecking order and the rules.

He looks at this witness like a little lost puppy. He has talked to Tanner about keeping to himself and staying low and not engaging much with his fellow prisoners. Prisoner says Tanner doesn't understand the social cues in jail.

Convict is now an expert on TH.

Thoughts and Prayers to the poor Court Reporter!
She needs a Newport and a Rolling Rock !

like you know dude? This witness is speaking so fast and low and using slang it is hard to follow him. They study the bible together and apply that biblical knowledge to their lives.

Tanner wrings his hands. Convict must remind him to keep his head up.

yep this pokemon prison friend to calm Tanner when he is overwrought and pacing.

every day when he comes back from court I can tell he is stressed and he isn't real responsive so he tries to distract him with cartoons and anime.

Poor poor Tanner

I am imagining cross exam now:

"UM......No questions for this witness, your Honor"

we come from two different walks of life, if you don't know him you might think TH is being sarcastic. It is him trying to be funny. That is his way of trying to fit into the vibe and find a way of being friends.

I DO NOT CARE. How many more witnesses left on Tanner's pity train

I can’t understand anything…..wonder if the jury can?

How fat is this witness' commissary account in exchange for his 'big brother' testimony today?

oh I think the state will at least ask what did Mr. Horner tell YOU about why he was in jail? Who knows, maybe we'll get yet another story full of lies and excuses.

Witness says Tanner is a baby lamb among the lions and he is a good dude.
