At this point I'm ready to scream WE GET IT, HE HAS AUTISM.Me thinks the defense doth protest too much. Soooo many “experts”.![]()
No, not in TX. Autism is not an exemption there. If a murderer is diagnosed with autism, is the death penalty prohibited? Is this what it’s all about? This desperate attempt to “make” him autistic?
ThanksNo, not in TX. Autism is not an exemption there.
IMO.
It seems as though most of these "academics" that have testified have a very narrow world-view and, I suspect, a hard time navigating through everyday normal human interaction.Wow.
Expert was asked why he was hired.
"I was asked to return a diagnosis of ASD."
Chances are many of these jurors know and possibly love someone with autism. Autism being used as an excuse for what this creature did is, I hope, disgusting them as much as it does me. The autistic people I know are some of the most well-intentioned people I know, and while they may easily get to an emotionally disregulated state, they don’t sit and plan out how to harm others. The jurors have heard that TH has Autism ( or a form of ) for two weeks now. It still remains a poor excuse for what this creature did. They must be completely over this BS.
