Me thinks the defense doth protest too much. Soooo many “experts”. 🙄

At this point I'm ready to scream WE GET IT, HE HAS AUTISM.
It doesn't matter! He still kidnapped, tortured, sexually assaulted and murdered a seven year-old little girl!
IMO.

Her answers are so long winded.

If a murderer is diagnosed with autism, is the death penalty prohibited? Is this what it’s all about? This desperate attempt to “make” him autistic?

TH received SSI benefits beginning at age ten. So there must have been an official diagnosis, right?
IMO.

I’ve zoned out……guessing this jury has too

No, not in TX. Autism is not an exemption there.
IMO.

Thanks 😊
I live only a few miles from where this murder happened. Guess I should look up exemptions for DP here in Texas..

Both of these last two witnesses have been very lackluster.

Wow.

Expert was asked why he was hired.

"I was asked to return a diagnosis of ASD."
It seems as though most of these "academics" that have testified have a very narrow world-view and, I suspect, a hard time navigating through everyday normal human interaction.

I believe that every single “expert” should be required to have listened to the entire recording of precious Athenas murder.

Lunch break.
Probably had to wake a juror or two up, IJS.
IMO.

The jurors have heard that TH has Autism ( or a form of ) for two weeks now. It still remains a poor excuse for what this creature did. They must be completely over this BS.
Chances are many of these jurors know and possibly love someone with autism. Autism being used as an excuse for what this creature did is, I hope, disgusting them as much as it does me. The autistic people I know are some of the most well-intentioned people I know, and while they may easily get to an emotionally disregulated state, they don’t sit and plan out how to harm others.
