Judge instructed the jury yesterday to return this am at 10:30. The attorneys will be there earlier to discuss issues outside the presence of the jury. No live stream camera coverage until jury is present.

Grandma is expected to testify today.

I am so so so curious why convict brother isn’t testifying any longer. Not that the guy they replaced him with wasn’t entertaining. I wonder if brother found out some info that made him change his mind.

I think the defense found out something he may have testified to that wouldn’t be beneficial to them.

All of those notes, and she left out a ton of vital info in her report.
The suicide attempts don't sound like actual attempts, from what the prosecutor is saying (reading from her notes, no less).
IMO.

Again, not that I care but what must TH be thinking of this parade of side-steppers? We know he knows right from wrong but he has to be confused, no? Again, not that I care.

But here he is having done the most atrocious crimes against a defenseless little girl, and he's got a phalanx of defenders defending him.

The victim-blaming from some of these experts should be a crime unto itself.

1. Believing TH's word about being seen snorting cocaine when there's video proof it was NOT a precipitating factor. Because it didn't happen first, if it happened at all And cocaine use was AFTER Athena was on the truck--

2. Blaming the event that didn't even happen for everything that followed. So if Athena just hadn't see him snorting cocaine, none of this would have happened. Blame off TH, poured onto Athena. That is so, so, so wrong.

The pursuit of justice ought never pervert justice.

Prosecutor is going hard on TH's problem solving ability. Pointing out that he had no issues solving the problem of getting rid of Athena's body, cleaning the truck, calling his boss and lying so that he could keep the truck (crime scene) the next day, etc... AND just pointed our that he may have not bought cleaning supplies so that he wouldn't leave a purchase trail.
Go, State, go!
IMO.

I'm laughing at myself, but the chat was active there while I was watching this morning, so I seriously thought they'd brought her back lol.

I took a mental health PTO day. My boss told me I needed to go somewhere and touch grass.😂

So I will not be watching whatever 💩 show the defense plans to put on today. Instead, I’ll be keeping up through you guys.

I have to go to the dentist….it will be a nice break, although no trial tomorrow I read.

Live in the courtroom

Never noticed before -- TH has three deputies guarding him.

I wish Athena could have had that.
