BBM personally I think he wasn't going to be allowed to use the DID defense in the guilt or not phase of the trial and claim his alter ego Zero did it and so the defense hopes that by pleading guilty they can backdoor that suggestion into the sentencing phase of the trial and hopefully garner enough sympathy for their client to save his live.

Thats a great thought! I didn't think of it this way. This would mean there isnt a plea deal and people are just making things up lol. I hate that they have been removing access to his case details then making it accessible again, only to remove it.

He plead guilty the morning trial was to begin. But I don't believe there was a deal with the state per se. DP is still on the table. The jury is having to hear all the evidence they would have if they were tasked with deciding his guilt or not, but they are only hearing it all for the purpose of deciding his fate.

Dr. Dwyer the chief ME for the county. She is very attractive, rocking a very short blond haircut and bold red lip. Gives the jury her credentials, they are impressive. She is very qualified IMO.

I don't think it will take the jury too long to decide on the DP. Some people just deserve the harshest level of punishment allowed in a society. He has demonstrated that his behavior is past the point of any sort of rehabilitation potential, ever.

Looks like they are passing the sensitive photos to the jurors.

Court TV mentioned that they heard from one of the reporters in the courtroom. When the jurors were looking at the pictures, two of the male jurors had very noticeable reactions.
This is going to haunt them :'(

states exh 265 is a photo of the entirety of her back showing the multiple abrasions and contusions. Some were anti mortem injuries some post mortem.
