and from the defense cross she knew all of her choices would be brought up to say well you were drinking, taking drugs, sleeping in bed with a man, if you were a good girl tucked up in bed at home with your hot cocoa then this wouldn't have happened

I am surprised the defense is allowed to allude to the victims behavior having a part to play in her rape, she was 16 he was 22/23 he should not have been hanging out with teenage girls, or dating them, and both victims descriptions of the rape was similar, and I can only imagine the horror when they learned what he had been charged with years later, and as the first victim said she feels guilt because she never went to LE and if she had maybe this wouldn't have happened,

but nobody is to blame for what TH did but TH, I hope he pleads guilty to the rape charges so they don't have to testify again, he is never getting out of prison so being convicted of the rape charges won't change anything, as he already has LWOP and could get DP

in his own mind only. He is IMO an angry, resentful, socially awkward, failed to launch from his shed, cold blooded killer who took his impotence out on a little child. A child who fought like a warrior and refused to go down without a fight. Sadly that probably only further excited him at the end of the day.

we are going into the afternoon session now, jurors entering courtroom, video still blurred to protect the identity of Shay, the witness, who testified that Tanner Horner SA'd her when she was 16. This is the second such witness of the day.
