Judge burst his bubble. And he was on the fast bragging train too.

WTAH?

Is the Defense zero days old?

And the Prosecution isn't objecting????

Judge sent the jury out. Jury is schooling the Prosecution, prodding them to object.

Gah.

The Defense gave this information to the State yesterday.

The defense needs to give it up.

This poor jury. They are probably checked out….thanks to the defense.
I thought all of the expert testimony was gone over when they missed court three days in a row. This is a mess.

Video of Athena's mother testifying.

The unconditional love this mother shows her daughter Athena warmed my heart. She advocated for her daughter and keeps her daughter's memory alive. Her grace and love is unbeatable and her strength and power stronger than the evil that took her beautiful child. The mother looking directly at that evil and addressing that evil was so powerful.

There will never be anything more powerful than a mother's love for her child/ren. 🩷

I don’t like this witness! Acts like he’s there to entertain the jury!
Athena is just an afterthought to these worthless defense witnesses.
Is the previous “witness” going to testify in front of the jury?

sigh.....
This dude's presentation reminds me of work. Forced to attend many presentations by Dr's who loved to hear themselves talk. Usually accompanied by a free lunch however, so it made it somewhat more tolerable. I often times zoned out, while presenting my "I'm captivated" face to the public.

Poor jury. They are getting hungry, and are so over this. Forced to sit through it, and not zone out.

I know we're here for the jury to decide whether TH's brain lives or dies, but my brain is thinking about poor Athena's brain.

I really don't care about the theoretical, academic study of TH's brain and what made him to this.

He did it. He sang to it. Pleasure center, fully engaged.

If they want to explore TH's brain, let's donate to science.

Yesterday.

As soon as he said, tutorial of the brain, I lowered my volume.

Yes. Everything after the break was in front of the jury.

Yes. All that.

Comedy, nonsense.

A note for Athena's family. Listening to all of these people, trying to justify why TH does not merit the DP. None of it even seems relevant to me. He was not part of a group who took him along, he was engaged in normal activities of daily living, and appeared to manage competitive employment. There is absolutely no indication of organic disabling condition.

His action was premeditated.
He attempted to cover up his crime.

No evidence of brain damage in any of the actions he participated in.

As a professional, I would have never put my credentials on the line here for TH. Which really makes me wonder about the professionals that are testifying.
