My conclusion: he was never diagnosed. Someone labeled him in order to get the services.

I agree with this. It very possibly began with TH's mother being in Rehabs, and the family was the focus for awhile. It might have been a suggestion for additional social services for Grandma. But never formally diagnosed. Grandma jumped on the additional resources given, and a diagnosis was born. IMO

TH betrayed everyone who tried to help him when he freely committed the atrocious crimes against Athena.

How is this witness able to talk about TH's grandfather's medication and mood changes?

Tanner had more stability throughout his childhood that many at-risk children.

Who all managed NOT to do what he alone did.

Pastor thought TH would need help understanding what he'd done.

All of these witnesses believed the acciddnt version of TH's stories.

It's almost like they lined up to defend him from that.

Like poor TH would never intentionally hurt anyone. And he just reacted badly to an unfortunate accident.

But there was nothing accidental about what he did that day.

Perhaps they share a mind not for TH but against the DP and that's why they're here.

But the DP isn't on trial.

TH is and whether the DP fits his crime.

I do believe these witnesses have no idea what the true story is. Any that knew probably refused to testify. I feel like they are in for a big, BIG shock when they find out after the trial is over. He didn’t accidentally bump her and then make a series of panicked decisions. He stole her. He tortured her. He SA’d her. He killed her. All because he wanted to. He prepped the camera in advance ffs.
