EMS respond to an explosion in Southwest Austin

Initial unconfirmed reports say that six patients are “on the ground,” according to the Austin-Travis County Emergency Medical Service. The location is the 4700 blok of Eagle Feather Drive near the Y in Oak Hill.

I haven't been following the thread too much because I've been following in local news (Austin resident of 7 years) -- is anyone else completely confused by the differences in locations of these? None of these neighborhoods are alike in my opinion.

Also, it seems like most home owners around here have security cameras that record anything that happens within a fish eye view from their doorbell, any thoughts on how the perp is escaping this? There has to be pretty extensive investigating before personally planting an explosive package to get around this, including looking at the security technology of the neighbors of the victims.
