Why did Bomber miss a full week? Is that why there were 2 on the same day Monday March 12? Making up for the week prior?
All dates are even numbered dates and day of week are over a "weekend" time frame.

UT Austin student? SB was last week. Possible exams week of March 5th.

That is my thought too, and if keeping with pattern will the next be on even date?

The first bomb was different, b/c LE said the second two were "similar". Similar is still different. This last one was different. Maybe he's making them as he goes, and is not wanting them to all be alike. His "signature" is that he is creative, and cares not who he injures or kills.

I agree, I think that he is very intelligent. I'm concerned that he's going around the perimeter and then, maybe tighten up the circle, until he does something really huge, in the main city, or center, of the circle. Kinda like a target. You move toward a bulls eye.

I agree with you all and I also feel he, she or they are reading all the news stories and comments. Including here. They are feeding on this and it's sick.
Innocent people dying and why for what.
I also feel won't continue to use a bomb type, style whatever you call it that was unsuccessful in killing someone.
I also agree with others and fear something bigger is going to happen.

I'm wondering about this location. The first three locations had at least 4 ways to get to the particular street. This one is a cul de sac. Cul de sacs don't have traffic except for residents, visitors, deliveries, etc., so it seems like the perp would be at increased risk of being spotted. And if there's a camera on the cul de sac, there won't be a lot of vehicles to check out as there would be on a typical street.

I am curious to know exactly where the bomb/trip wire was located. All I have read is that it happened in the 4800 block of Dawn Song Dr. I am guessing it happened very close to Republic of Texas Blvd. If you look on google maps and street view, there are no houses fronting the street here, either on Dawn Song or Republic of Tx. It'd be somewhat secluded and give him time to plant the bomb unseen if he acted quickly.

I know it is only a tv series.. but Criminal Minds :thinking: I feel sure they have brought the BAU in too. With it being different types, maybe that is so it would be harder to trace the components? The planning could be stuff from who knows where (as in not one central location or store).

And again about tv Criminal Minds... they always know the killer is watching what is reported and maybe even show back up at crime scenes. That is another reason they word and limit what they are releasing. Criminals always make a mistake. Sometimes it just takes a while to figure out what it was.

so there are different entrance/exit options so the Bomber doesn't get boxed in and the potential of being seen twice. So another part of the planning JMHO

It happened at 4721 Eagle Feather Dr. I think that it was on the YT vid I posted last night. If not, I'll have to search, but that was the last address given for the 4th bomb.

I tried to find where I read this but for the life of me I cannot find it at the moment. I read that the trip wire was attached to a For Sale sign.

In the PC today, LE said the bomb was next to a fence.

Yes, and, the ones that I have "driven' using Google Earth or Maps, have little to no stop lights, and are neighborhoods with tree lines, etc... that would make it difficult to catch a good view of someone. I think he may have been planning this for awhile. He seems to be good at reconnaissance. He's done some homework.

Across Republic of Texas Blvd from Dawn Song Dr, there is a trail that goes all the way through the Gaines Creek Neighborhood Park to Southwest Pkwy. Across the street from from the end of that trail, there are several businesses with parking lots out front. If he's fit enough and the bomb wasn't likely to accidentally go off, I think parking at that parking lot and hiking through that park would be a reasonable method of getting there and away without drawing too much attention - if he just looked like your average hiker or nature-lover - maybe with a backpack.

Someone has got to know something. What's frustrating is somebody probably has no idea that what they know could lead to the arrest of this person.

Whoever this person is they must be feeling so powerful now. People are literally being told to stay indoors because of the bomber's actions.

Are they looking for your typical angry loner? Is this a young adult angry with the world? Is this a terrorist from the middle east or someone who sympathizes with their beliefs?

Someone is really angry. Did a specific event happen that caused the start of the bombings?

I would think the typical profile type goes something like this:

*Young white male between the ages of 20 - 35

*Loner

*Experienced a life-changing negative event

*Extremely smart, a know-it-all type

*Thinks he is better than everybody

*Has constant conflicts with people around him.

I'm not saying this is the guy, just saying this is the typical profile that might be true then again it could be wildly wrong.

My apologies I have not read this thread but if anyone would like to put up their profile that would be great.

In this day and age, everything seems to be turned upside down and shaken from side to side. What was typical 10 years ago may be totally wrong today.

Maybe he makes each bomb after a bombing. He doesn't have a stack of them ready to go. That could be dangerous.

I think that's what the unabomber did - made a bomb, sent it, made a bomb, sent it.
