Found Deceased TX - Bianca Jimenez, 28, San Antonio, 18 July 2014

Hopefully, we can get more interest in this case. There is a lot to discuss.

There are a few things that don't make any sense. First, this man who came out of her apartment... How the hell did he ever get inside her apartment? Did he have a key? Also, I thought I saw a story that said something about her roommate(s). Why haven't we heard anything from them? Did she have roommates? If she did, why did they let her boyfriend into her apartment to wait on her? Were they just trying to be nice? And what of this business of her stuff being outside of the apartment? If anyone else lived there, surely they would have taken her purse and stuff inside the house. And they probably would have checked on her by calling her phone and maybe calling a few mutual friends or her parents. Her mom said that she walked into her daughter's apartment. Did someone let her in? And why was there still blood on the floor? It seems like there wouldn't be blood on the floor if she had roommates. They'd clean it up right away. And how much blood exactly is in the apartment?

It seems like the person who beat up the date may have hurt her within mere minutes of the date leaving.

Agree! This is a strange case and raises so many questions!
But first, unless she is found, it appears this will be one of those "no body, no crime" cases. The tip off is mention that there'll be no lie-detector tests until a body is found.

What bugs me.... what the guy doing in her apt while she and her date were outside making out? Was he asleep? Wouldn't he have come out right then.. Why wait... how would he know he was going to go inside..... wouldn't he have taken a bat or something in cases her date had a knife...

All we have to go in is what her date said, and he's the last known person confirmed to be with her - red flag.

Is Bianca left handed?

How do we know she used a band-aid to cover the cut on her hand - would that be after the altercation?

Did LE treat her apt as a crime scene?

Why didn't her date report his being attacked to police?

This seems to be the twitter hashtag for finding Bianca:

What damn good is a lie detector test AFTER you have found the body? By then, you'd have all sorts of potential evidence, including DNA. If they don't figure out who is lying and make that person sweat a little, then nobody will ever change their story.

Perhaps just asking and taking DNA samples (don't have to even process them) from anyone who had contact with her might be a way to get someone holding back or guilty to then squirm and act suspiciously nervous.

This case is really bothering and intriguing me. Yes, I agree with you about asking for the samples, because if they found her deceased, she'd probably already have DNA on her from the date, since they were making out on her porch. And she could have her ex's blood on her simply from the fight that he and the date supposedly got into. They'd have to find evidence that she was raped, or maybe DNA under her fingernails, etc.

What if the story about the ex starting the fight is a total lie and the date attacked her and SHE fought back HARD? She could have let him into the house and things went further than she wanted them to go. She fought back, and he came up with this story?

BBM

The sentence I bolded is what I think happened. I really doubt there was a mystery guy/ex-boyfriend who jumped out of the shadows and attacked Bianca and Enger.

This location, 10000 block of Espada Road, is approximately 7.5 miles down river.

"It was about 15 feet from the edge of the water. Which looked like to me it had been tucked under some trees, and something drug it out from the trees," said the father. "And that would have been the only way the kids would have found it, cause you passing by would never have seen it." We're told the brush is so thick where the body was found, investigators had to use ATV's and walk through water to get to the location, which is miles deep inside the park.

The Bexar County Sheriff's Office is investigating. A spokesperson for the sheriff's office said they don't know if the body is that of a man or woman, and they are waiting for the medical examiner's office to determine the person's identity. We're told it could take several days for the body to be identified

I wonder about the date she had, too. But I do remember reading that she recently left an 11-year relationship. So we at least new that there was an ex in her life. Of course, we have nothing to indicate that he was upset about their relationship ending.

I feel like I read that they broke up awhile back, like February. I've been going through all of the articles trying to find where I THINK I read that. Not that it matters much, right? Some people get over things quickly, some go the total opposite direction. I still think the date's story doesn't add up, though!

Do we even know for sure angry apartment man is real?

IF he is real here is my question:
What happened during/after the fight? Did the date just run off? Did he call LE? Did He leave Bianca there with angry apartment guy and go about his day?

This whole thing makes zero sense.

Kin, friends still looking for woman
August 1, 2014

...Mary Jimenez and her daughter's friends have posted fliers throughout the city and have had a few tips called in, but they've turned up no new information. There was also a group bicycle ride along the River Walk — where Bianca Jimenez frequently rode — to look for signs of her.

Mary Jimenez said her husband has not ridden a bike in 30 years, but he rode his daughter's bike 26 miles that day looking for her.

She said her daughter broke up with her boyfriend of 12 years earlier this year and recently made a lot of new friends.

“We don't know a lot of them,” she said.

She is grateful for the family and high school friends who have helped with the search.

Agree! Would think seasoned LE should be able to get to the truth since this is one of the more outlandish account of events I've heard. Because of that, it would be easy to mess up upon retelling - as per the truth has only one version, whereas a lie has many versions kind of thing.
