Hannibal isn't on here for another 20 minutes, so I caught a bit of the Oscar P trial on YouTube. That grating def atty Roux has been harassing witnesses for a week about the time lapse between shots fired and the screams from bedroom. Same questions over and over. The SAf justice system is highly unusual, IMO. Lawyers have a lot of leeway to actually testify themselves, ask confusing questions to "catch" and mislead witnesses and are actually allowed to badger. Amazing!

I haven't been back to it since the first day of testimony, that defense guy is mondo brutal on the witnesses, and apparently it's okie-fine with the judge.
